Magicut Bandsaw Blades are manufactured from the finest quality of steel strips rolled from imported billets. These strips are further inspected in our factory for composition, grain size, hardness and other physical attributes like surface finish, dimensions and other variable defects. The raw material is physically checked and made sure it is without edge-bow & crowning, having sheared edges along with correct sizing.

Magicut Bandsaw Blades boast of excellent wear resistance and sharper points with uniform setting making it a quality blade. Teeth of the blades are having positive rake

created by special cutters imported from Germany & are flame hardened to impart hardness as per international standards. The process consists of hardening the tips of the teeth only, which give out the best in a Metal Cutting Bandsaw. By doing this it not only adds strength to the teeth, but also gives it the ability to resist fatigue. The hardness is controlled by checking it as at 0.2 to 0.3 mm from the root of tooth and gullet.
