Prologue
Magicut was set up in 1983 with the main objective of manufacturing quality cutting tools such as Tool Bits, Hacksaw and Bandsaw Blades. Starting with a modest production the company established itself as a leading manufacturer and grew into an export-oriented entity within a few years.

In the last two decades, the company has gained a wealth of experience covering the manufacture of cutting tools. It has always kept pace with the rapid developments of the modern high technology production techniques and in turn evolved a basic understanding of the clients' needs.

We continue to maintain and continuously upgrade the quality of our products so as to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and future growth. Magicut's success has hinged upon its ability to consistently deliver standard quality and timely execution of delivery schedules.

Plant
Our plant is without doubt one of the most modern plants in the country. Continuous upgradation has seen us installing state-of-theart equipments across our products. From gas-hardening furnaces from UK with automatic temperature controls and precise heat sensing instruments for hacksaws to salt bath furnaces from Germany for tool bits. A new paint shop and pad-printing machines ensure that the manufacturing facility is in fine mettle.

We follow a policy of not compromising quality under any circumstances and a commitment of continuously bringing innovative products and services into the markets. We take our commitments seriously and believe in honouring them. Once approved these raw materials are sent for further processing where during each stage the quality is carefully monitored by a team of quality inspectors. Just as in the hardening department each batch is carefully tested for microstructure and each tool for hardness. We therefore have full control over the quality of the inputs, and consequently of the end products.

Today Magicut products find markets in many countries of Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific and the US. This has helped Magicut to gradually grow into a professionally managed conglomerate with three business divisions.

The policy of manufacturing quality products has contributed to our phenomenal growth and we are looking at the road ahead as one to improve our presence in the international market.

Quality Control
Our products are made from the finest grades of imported high speed steel. Our well equipped laboratory then tests these raw materials for physical appearance, surface finish, dimensions and other variables. Before further processing of raw materials a whole battery of tests, from checking of chemical composition to microscopic tests for carbide distribution are carried out.

After checking that all products meet the set quality standards as per the Quality Assurance Plan, they are packed and ready for dispatch. Extreme care is taken to ensure that the products reach their destination in perfect condition.
